My mom told me she would press charges if we had sex when he was 18 and I don't know how I can keep him from going to jail and still being able to see the baby

He needs to get a private criminal defense attorney. Asking a question on the internet will not get him the hands-on representation that he needs.

Q: What can I expect the outcome to be in court for CCW violation?

I was arrested in a restaraunt/bar for having my gun on me. I have a CCW license and didn't realize I couldn't carry my weapon into this establishment. Florida statue 790.06-12

You primarily need to get a criminal defense attorney on your side for this matter. Asking a question on the internet will not get you that. The attorney has to investigate all the facts and circumstances, and also research the law for an answer.

We need to know a lot more facts than what you have given here. The question would be whether obtaining information this way could lead to a motion to suppress. Research would have to be done.

Q: If a Father and Son type up a written document and have it notarized is it a legal binding agreement between the two?

The Father gave the Son property and home but is now denying any such thing even though they both have a copy of the notarized agreement. State documents of home are in Fathers name but mortgage is in both Father and Sons. What rights does the Son have to that home with just a notarized agreement?

There has to be a deed recorded in the public records. We have to see the document in order to give any advice about it.

Your question is quite confusing. Can you and should you appeal a 45 dollar ticket upon the principle. Well, look at it this way, it is going to cost you thousands of dollars to hire an appellate attorney for an appeal, and there may not be an appealable issue.

No, it was not a loss. Property values are all over the place. The value was inaccurate.

When you apply for child support, paternity must be determined. Read the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 61.13(3) to learn more.

There is no "full custody" in Florida. But there is sole parental responsibility, and you get that by submitting a petition for modification.

The money from the sale went to the mortgage company. They got a deficiency judgment against you for the difference between what the property was sold for and what you owed under the contract, most likely.
