What do you mean by codical? There is no such word. Do you mean codicil? That is an amendment to a will. Usually, a codicil must be executed with the same formalities as a will. Or do you mean just a code? That would be the statutes of your state, and yes each state has statutes.

There are 4 questions here. Dating is not illegal, but sex with someone under 17 in your state is.

What you need to do is go have a full discussion with a family attorney about all of this. You are married, right? Where did you last reside together as husband and wife? That is important, very important, because that is probably where you have to file any sort of case.
