You just have to be charged before the SOL has run. Get an attorney.

This is in the wrong forum. It is defamation not deflamation. And one big problem is that the person who did this is probably judgment proof. In other words she does not have much money. The client has to enter a plea. Was that done? If so, how can the defendant say he did not know about it?

My cousin was convicted on a statement that placed him at the crime scene but the witness never testify at court but however his statement was read by the detective which violated his constitution rights 6 & 14,
