Don't expect quick answers on a forum like this. Probably not.
My husband won his comp case. It went t appeals court for 15 months he won that. They appealed again and it is going to supreme court. He is 100% disabled. Will it take that long again.
During a trial, prosecution alluded to testimony of a prior trial the defendant was aquitted of years before trying to taint the jury. Even in closing arguments. Isn't that a call for retrial?

That depends upon a number of factors, and you gave none.
My case was dismissed with prejudice from a lower court due to statute of limitations.
Unfortunately, that judge was wrong, so I appealed and provided my evidence to prove that I was under the statute of limitations.
