Trial counsel set up a plea that tied in the appeal rights and motion for new trial from his case, this plea was set up in a case in which he wasnt appointed as counsel..

My husband won his comp case. It went t appeals court for 15 months he won that. They appealed again and it is going to supreme court. He is 100% disabled. Will it take that long again.

During a trial, prosecution alluded to testimony of a prior trial the defendant was aquitted of years before trying to taint the jury. Even in closing arguments. Isn't that a call for retrial?
