As far as I know, that number applies to the number of dependents as disability levels are based on percentages as opposed to an indication based ona numeric value.

Although I am not licensed in Colorado, I would suggest that you contact the Secretary of State's Office, or if you have correspondence from them with a return address in a different state, check the Sec. of State in that State.

Yes. this is quite common in foreclosures when the property is rented and the lendeer does not know the name of the tenant.

Assuming that you had a valid case in the underlyiing action( the one that you hired the lawyer for) and he did not file before the Statute of Limitations, you may have a claim against the lawyer.
