You probably should see a probate attorney to open an estate for the last to die of your parents, so that proper title can issue to you and your siblings and then you can have a quitclaim. Otherwise it will be difficult to market the home down the line.

Each case is different so there really is no percentage not any way of knowing how much time a grand jury will take to evaluate the evidence and return an indictment.

You are entitled to social security benefits. You would have to contact the adminstrator of the pension to detemine whether you are entitled to any benefits.

The date of filing is the same. There is no requirment that you hire new counsel. However, if the change is to a different county and your lawyer is now farther form the courthouse and charges for travel time, you may want to consider doing so.

Q: Do we need to include our legal name and address in motion to quash?

Just received one of those pesky letter

trying to file motion to quash, but, not sure if I need to include my legal name and address as it will mute the point of being Does. Should I send separate cover letter to the court within the filling with the information for correspondes with court only?

The courts require names and adresses on all pleadings other than special cricumstances.

File, send copies to opposing counsel and if the court permits, provie a courtey copy to the judge ahead of time.

Practically speaking, you will not be able to prevent her from leaving on such short notice. This is not the type of concern that the court will consider an emergency and most court dockets are too busy to obtain a regualr hearing date. I am guessing that you mean how many days to file an appeal. The general rule is 30 days from a court finding on an interlocutory appeal, or 30 days from a final order.

Many people file bankruptcies without a lawyer. Less in recent years since bankruptcy reform in October of 2005. The answer really depends on your ability to understand and follow law and instructions, how complicated your financial situation is and what you hope to accomplish.

You would have to check the local ordinances where you intend to live.

It also would depend to an extent on how well equipped the camper is.

Without knowing more facts, it is hard to say. I have had situations where 25% was accepted, 50%/ 2/3rds if in lump sum payments. Other times, these have not been accepted. Sometimes a large payment and a payment plan works. Good luck.

Hire counsel, pen an estate. Have yourself appointed as perosnal representative and issue supbpoenas, or have a lawyer send a demand that the will be produced.

You can look up the municpal code and ordinances for Antioch and find out. Many towns have their codes and ordinances available online. If Antioch does not, usually the local library will have it. The municipal clerk will have a copy.

the stautes are silent and there is not case law that I am aware of. However, the form provided by the state requires information concerning the baby's birth, so I suspect not.
