Is a hotel liable for personal injury if they do not check on a room for three days where a person has died.

The person had checked in for one day. She was not checked on for three days, and after three days the hotel employees found her dead body. Meanwhile, her parents had reported her missing.

Difficult to answer your question with out more facts. How did the person pass away? Was it from something from the hotel? Did a crime occur that the hotel had reason to provide security agaisnt? Generally, I am not aware of an obligation to actually check on the wellfare of the customers.
