Q: The company that sold me my credit card pritection plan for Bank Of America said they would pay it in full it didnt pay.

I was disabled and they paid the min. for 2 yaers but they was supose to pay it off they called me when the two years was and and informed me that I owed 2500.00 I aks them about the plan and they said that they told me wrong when I took out the plan. And that I had a full protection plan .

A: You did not post a question. However, I will try to help. You may want to complain to the Department of Insurance. I am somewhat concerne that they made parial payments for two years and you did not complaint earlier. An argument can be made by them that if the agreement was to pay off the entire debt, that you would have contacted them right away when they were only making partial payments.
