Do I have to register a firearms trust with the state?

Firearms do not have to be registered with the state. A trust is a different matter, but what is a firearms trust? One would have to review the trust in order to advise you.

No a firearms trust or Gun Trust does not have to be registered with the state while you are alive, but a notice of trust must be filed upon your death.
