A: You can "File" again; however, depending on the chapter of your new case, the US Trustee's Office may object to another discharge so soon. You can only obtain a Discharge in a chapter 7 every after the passing of seven years, file in the eighth year (i.e. if your prior 7 case was in 2000, you must wait until 2008). A chapter 13 can be filed sooner.

A: Depends on the Specific Chapter. You could file a 13, but 7 years must expire between the Filing of a Chapter 7 before you file an other 7 (i.e. you can file on the 8th year)
