Is joint tenant property subject to terms of a will?

No. Joint tenancies are usually with rights of survivorship. Joint tenants own by the whole, and not by the part. When one tenant dies, the other still owns the whole.

Joint tenants with rights of survivorship is not subject to the terms of a will in Florida. rights of survivorship is presumed in Florida unless something else is stated.
