More Information:

Example: Request for Order to pay any and all fees, legal costs, etc. Can I object to this in my Answer/response to the initial petition? I have admitted and denied allegations where necessary, and do not object to all Orders requested only those that require further legal argument. If I am permitted to include Objections in the Answer, can you provide a sample of how it should appear? Also, I need to request the Court Order the C.S. terminate at age 18 as it was not mentioned by DOR.

I do not make objections in answers, those are for trial, and research needs to be done in order to make the right objections. You usually do not want to give your opponent your best argument. If the child will graduate from high school prior to turning 19, child support continues until graduation.
