Q: If you and your spouse are separated, can he remove our son from his local daycare to another daycare in another county

Without my consent. I have not filed for divorce yet, becuase i cannot afford to and looking for a pro bono attorney

A: Is this daycare in a neighboring county? Or is the county on the other side of the state? Your spouse should not take any actions regarding your minor children without discussing it with you first. If the county is nearby...what is his reason for wanting to move day care? Is it because it would be convenient for him to be near his children while working? If that is the reason, why not allow him to do so? If there is more here then meets the eye, please give us more details!

This is why you cannot afford to not have an attorney if you separate and have minor chidden. To avoid situations like this one.
