Although you can file a quiet title action on your own, I do not recommend it. You should retain an attorney to help you with the quiet title action. For starters, you need to perform a title search and make sure that all interested parties are named in the Lis Pendens and the Complaint and that all interested parties are served with a copy of the Lis Pendens and the Complaint. Many attorneys on here, including myself, offer free initial consultations. Natalie Guerra-Valdes (954)764-7878 nvaldes@valdeslawfirmpa.com www.valdeslawfirmpa.com
