Q: How can a promissory note that was forced to be signed be rescinded? My 70+ year old mom was bullied/forced to sign Note
By her son-in-law in KY, she lives in FL. She didnt understand what she was signing, security/collateral is the only property she owns in FL. Promissory Notes indicates that it is construed & enforced according to KY law. Breakdown of the debt (back when he said she owed $75K now he has included $20K interest on top of that) has repeatedly been requested but never received.
