Q: Hi I am a realtor. I am listing a home for an executor of an estate. What information do I need before proceeding?

A: One important question is who owns the property? Is it still in the estate, or did it automatically pass to the heirs upon the death of the owner? If the heris own it, the listing agreement should be signed by the heirs.
