Q: Son's dad estate went to brother, to distribute by will, claims no money left, what can we do?
Son's dad had million dollar law suit, settled before death, brother got the check, was suppose to follow the will for his kids, says nothing left for son's, and to destroy will it is no good. Will states any accts held by brother and property in his brothers name, held for him on his death would got to me and 2 son's.
