Q: Can i Divorse my spouse, While am in India and she is in USA
I was in US on work visa(H1b) my spouse came with me in H4 visa, when my proj was getting over, My wife filed Verbal abuse complaint against me and she had mentioned to officers that she is not willing to get bac to india with me, its been 4 months that i have not heard about her, kindly suggest me if i can divorse her while i am in india, I think she is not willling to come back to INDIA.she is livng in Raleigh North Carolina
