Florida, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: What is Fla. law in regards to non-custodial parent's significant others legal involvement with child?

I am wondering what the law states in regards to a non-custodial parent who allows his or her significant other to transport a child, pick up a child from school, or be involved in things that require both parent's consent when one has not given consent.

A: Picking up a kid from school does not require your consent, people are entitled to delegate certain tasks.
