Q: In probate court, is an expired driver's license a "valid" picture ID

A: Of course not! Presenting an expired driver's license for identification just makes you look suspicious. If you need a valid identification, just get a new driver's license. If you have had legal problems, and can't get a driver's license, Alabama also offers a non-driver identification card. You can get a non-drivers identification at the same places you can get a driver's license.
