Q: Received Motion for Summary Judgement of Foreclosure in REM

I just received this motion in the mail and have no idea what the next step is am I going to be thrown out in the next day or so or how long in clay county florida does it take for a judge to I guess to set a hearing or approve this and is there anything I can do I am currently in a pending disability case and awaiting a court date to see an administrative judge to rule on my case at which point I can see if I can make the payments or work with the lender I was told when I had to file bankruptcy not to sign the reaffirmation agreement until the disability was approved I have no funds for a lawyer and need help and have no where or family to turn to can someone please give me some true advice I would be forever greatful.

A: The bank does not own the property until the 11th day after the sale, and that would not be until at least 30 days after the hearing on the motion for summary judgment. I do not know if a default has been entered against you. So, I cannot say much. You need to try to get a free consultation with a foreclosure attorney in your area.
