Q: My son born in texas, and now his father has filed child custody in Georiga, do GA law apply or texas law?
my son was born in texas and now his father that lives in GA has filed against me for custody of my son. Since he is filling in GA do GA laws apply when it comes to having my son out of wed lock or do they take his state of birth into consideration. Neither of us live in the state of texas anymore.
