Q: Do I still have to pay child support if they are over 18 and NOT staying with there mother

I have two kids one that is 22 and has own family and stays on his own and I have another son that is 18 he stays with his brother I'm about 16000.00$ in arrears right now but I am paying can they take the money I have paid for the two children and put that to the arrears to kind of wash it out some I just filled the paper work and I hope I did the right thing I still have one child that is 13 he still lives with his mom I know I still have to pay for him I'm ok with that but will they drop the older two

A: You have to go to court and get an order that orders support for just the one child, and payback towards the arrears for the other two. Use of a lawyer is recommended in your case.
