Q: how do I force a tenant to remove a dangerous dog?
I have someone who lives with me and owns a dog that has attacked and caused injury to 2 of my dogs. It has also attacked a neighbors dog and is so aggressive toward people that I have friends who will not visit because of the dog. I own the house but the tenant refuses to remove the dog.
A: Do you really still need legal advice for this matter, or has the problem been solved by now? There is a big difference between "someone who lives with me" and an actual tenant, in my opinion. Raise the rent.
