Panama City, FL asked in Business Law for Florida

Q: CPA/Trust Fund/Dissolution

CPA Firm dissolves a Corporation as President,--Sets up a Trust Fund in a deceased persons Name, he is personally a shareholder in the Trust Fund--Keeps Real Estate in the Corporations name, diverts all monies into the Trust Fund--This spanned 15 years and involved monies in excess of $100,000.00--Sold the Real Estate asset in the Corporations name by using another shareholder in the Trust Fund claiming President of the Dissolved Corporation--There was never a transfer of assets after dissolution so there was no new shareholder stock certificates issue by the State of Florida--Is any of this Legal?
