Q: does a company have to have a employee working with them at all times that is able to file a workers comp claim
I got hurt on the job and went to the doctor, the dr suspects that I have a torn rotator cuff, and that I need to see a specialist. The problem is that the company I work for says that the only people that can file a claim are out of the country. I can't see the specialist until I have a claim number. Is it legal to not have someone that can submit a claim
