Q: In the State of Florida do you have to give your 60 day notice on the first on the month or can it be given at any time?
I provided my Property Manager our 60 day notice this past week with the 60th day being Oct. 4th. She has stated to me that the 60 day notice will start on Sept. 1st that we are responsible for rent thru Oct. 31st. Is this correct? Our lease only states that we need to give a 60 day notice and it does not specify that it has to be on a certain day.
