A: Are you saying that he escaped from the juvenile detention facility? Or did he get out and have a monitor which he removed and then he fled? There will be a warrant issued for his arrest in either event, and he will eventually be apprehended and taken into custody. Then the court will decide what to do with him. He will undoubtedly need to get a private criminal defense attorney.
