Q: Im in FL, have SSDI, victim of domestic violence and get an Injunction. If he dont want to divorce, how I need to apply?

Married for a year and seven months, we dont have childrens together, he have custody of an 11 years old kid of his second wife.He was divorced 3 times before and the last marriage he had domestic battery misdemeanor. I just recently discover that he have a mild mental retardation, very low self esteem, and bad anger management. He is not getting formal counseling or psychoterapy. Im very affected and have major depression and Post traumatic stress disorder, plus other illnesses. He is lazy, dont work since three- months after our wedding, the arrangement was I pay the rent, he need to find a job. He start but dont last a month, he quit every job. He is very smart, he dont want to work because he dont want to pay child support, and he applied for SSI but was denied two times because lack of prove. He lives from his kid mother monthly SSDI & Child Support checks less than ($300.00) together and my check. I pay the rent and all the utilities and furniture, now he wants all the furniture
