Q: My childrens father was driving drunk with kids in car . What can I do my kids are scared to go with him again on sunday

He brought them home hour and half late no call or text . Then when he pulled into driveway him and his friend urinated in my driveway .My kids where scared said he was swerving all over .. Pls help they have too go back there sunday I don't want to send them but don't want to get in any trouble... He isn't supposed to be drinking when he has them ..An pretty sure he doesn't have a lisence

A: You have to have proper cause to deny visitation, without that you can be held in contempt of court. Also, you cannot establish that by saying what the kids said to you, that is hearsay, you have to have another means of getting the evidence before the court.
