Q: I told an employer i was on probation 3 days after being hired... he told me i had to proove myself and work even harder

He fired me for no reason and i believe it was due to my background and probation.... is that legal? And now i am dealing with an unemployment appeal which they filed and used terms " unsatisfactory job performance..... which my conduct was excellent... always early for work...never called out...did my best and they kept me employed for 42 days

A: Florida employers can legally fire anyone they chose barring discriminatory practices or contracts to the contrary.
