Miami, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: My child was taken out of state by her grandparents. They filed for custody and got temp.custody. How do I change that?

She was going to visit as her father and I were splitting up. She stayed long enough for her grandma to file. I fought and lost because I was not established in Pennsylvania. I didn't plan on staying there. I'm now in Florida and have physical custody of my 2 disabled children. How do I get my daughter back? They refuse to allow me to even speak to my daughter. And she's making allegations that I sexually abused her also. The state of NJ found that my daughter was being coached. Why wasn't that enough to take her away from them
