Asked in Immigration Law for California

Q: I have some queries regarding my permanent residential visa of the United States of America.

My family has American permanent resident visa...we have visited the United States twice but came back to Fiji (our homeland) due to reasons beyond our control and we have been out of America for more than 12 months, 4 years to be exact. Our first visit was in 2009 as that was the year when we got our greencard. Can we go back to USA without reapplying for a permanent residents visa as we already have our green card visas valid for 10 years?

We also did a application in the Usa embassy for a Ds-117 form in 2013 but got rejected and on December 3rd 2014 we were interviewed for an tourist application but got rejected as well as we had applied for it.

We have all our social security cards and green cards valid. We would like to go back to USA. If we go back with our current greencards will we be stopped at the US port entries and sent back ?
