Lake Worth, FL asked in Divorce for Florida

Q: Divorce: Is this blackmail? Do I have to leave the house?

My wife and I have had issues for a long time. We've lived as almost just roommates the past few years. Eventually I was unfaithful. More than once. Recorded evidence of this was on my computer. When I was out of town she went through my computer, loaded evidence on a flash drive. Now she is threatening to post evidence to all social media accounts, all friends and family UNLESS I agree to leave the house (we rent, my name is on the lease), pay her FULL rent, pay her FULL car, give her the car with my name on the title and she said "it's not blackmail it's a business proposition". She's also threatening to take our daughter far away unless I get help for my "sex addiction" as she put it.

Is this blackmail? Do I have to leave? Can she take our daughter away because of the nature of the affair and acts performed between consenting adults? FL is a no fault state right?
