Can I just bury him and leave the house for the county to deal with? He is married to a woman in the Philippines but she had never moved here so their marriage isn't recognized here from what I understand
A: If she is not on the deed to the home, she would have at least a life estate in it. You had better discuss this with a Florida Probate attorney to find out what the best thing to do is.
