Q: Is 50/50 custody the norm in broward county fl? Ex wants 50/50 and has little to no involvement in her life
My ex wants to have 50/50 custody of our daughter...he has little to no involvement in her life...we were never married and our daughter is 1 year old...what are the chances that 50/50 will be awarded is it worth fighting since it's the public policy for both parent to have frequent contact with their child?

If he is not involved in the child's life then he has zero chance of getting 50/50.
