Q: How much access do I have to give a Realtor who is selling the town home I am renting?

I have been renting my town home in Florida for 3 years. First year was under 12 month lease 2nd and 3rd year was month to month. Owner uses a property manager. They did not want to sign a new lease because owner, who lives in New York, by the way, was having financial issues and was not paying his HOA fees. Now HOA is suing the owner and suddenly owner wants to sell property as quickly as possible. My guess to avoid foreclosure. Now I have a realtor trying to sell the place and wanting to show it. I know that FL law states that I have to give my landlord reasonable access, but this realtor is not my landlord. Now she is asking if she can get a key to the house and show it when I'm not home. I am absolutely against this. If my home is being shown to strangers I want to be present. I have been very accommodating by changing my schedule and disrupting my life in order to meet their demands only for them to cancel on me at the last minute 5 times. What are my rights as a tenant?
