Q: Can I still press charges?

in 2012 my ex put A shotgun to my head as I was trying to sleep n threatened that if I would call the cops he would get out of jail kill me then kill himself n i had to give his grandpa his shotgun due to fear of him killing m. he would pull me out of bed n drag me down the hall n say I wasn't aloud to sleep till he wanted to sleep n would hold Me down n force my debit card away from Me to support his alcohol habit n he would push me out of chairs even in front of his friends. He broke 5 thousand in my electronics which I had him sign papers over.he threw clippers at my face n made my face bleed. He even hit me because I refused to let him sleep with my other ex boyfriends girlfriend when he bought her to our apartment as I was sleeping. in 2013 heabused me as I was pregnant n made my nose bleed with a milk jug summber 2013 he would text me threaten to kill me if I don't take him back. August of 2014 he got visitation rights to our son.Would I still be able to press any charges on him?
