Q: How will my cs get calculated if he is already paying 50-60% in a previous order?
My ex husband (Seperated) is paying 50-60% in cs (not in the marriage). How will my child support be calculated (we have two children) if he is already paying what the state requires? Will the previous order get modified?
He also adopted my daughter does he pay childsupport for her too?
