Q: job I was working for 9 yrs shutdown Found another job a week later with lesser pay can in how can I get a modification

I never knew anything about child support. So when I receive the court date in went I was just clueless about the situation. I didn't sign any paper work because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. But the ladies I guess was the attorney for the state got an attitude in told me if I didn't sign that they would send a warrant out for my arrest. So I politely told them I wasn't signing because I didnt know what I was signing. So they told me they'll give me another chance. So they wrote down this outrages number in circled it, in told me to sign it. Just to sign this sheet in I can leave in come back next court date. So I did it. The job I was at for 9yrs just shutdown out of nowhere. They gave us 60days to find another job, but the following Wednesday they completely lock the gates. So I got the first job that called me after putting in 15 application. But the pay is way lesser what can I do to get it lowered. I been waiting for a modification date for 4yrs now. Haven't got o
