Q: when the judge dismissed the case against my dog for alleged killing of neighbors dog can animal control continue charge
BCAC picked up my dog for biting/killing another dog and gave me a citation to appear in court. I did and judge continued it, before the next court date the judge dismissed the case and it became closed, meanwhile i called bcac to find out when i could pick up my dog and they said cannot do that ,the dismissal does not apply to them. They bay county animal control eventually killed my dog evern after the accuser said she was mistaken thatn is the wrong dog under oath!
