Q: How can I throw out tenant in a room thats not a unit, apartment, inside my home but a addition to my shed not on myhome

Guy rents room thats connected to my shed. Shed is not connected to my house. Room was rented on week to week verbal lease. Room was as is, nothing but electric with use of our outside restroom. He moved GF in, They have broke several windows out and cops have ben out here three times. Not paying rent on time or in full. I need him gone. I think hes considered a lodger and would not have to go thru the courts to evict but wait till hes gonne half a week and claim he moved...Not really sure,,,Any help would be greatly appreicated. Thank you

A: Did you read the chapter of Florida Statutes that I referred you to previously? That should help. You said earlier that he had been gone for a week, but now it is half of a week. Which is it? Go see an attorney about this.
