Q: I had found a baggie of weed in my school then got caught with it do I play guilty or not guilty and

I don't want to go to jail and need evidence that I'm not guilty

A: What you need is to hire an attorney. If you found a bag of weed, you should have ignored it. Possession alone is sufficient to constitute a crime, but there is no reason this should result in a jail sentence (unless it was a really huge bag of weed). Simple possession of under 100 grams is not a jailable offense, but conviction on this offense will result in a six month driver's license suspension that would be nice to avoid.
