Q: Could I get legally obligated to submit a drug test in my situation?
I am filing for a DNA paternity test right now for my 2 week year old child. I'm filing a motion as well for a parental plan to establish timeshare after the paternity comes back. I occasionally smoke marijuana. During the negotiation for timeshare, she could obviously say that I do drugs. Could that legally effect me and my chance at 50/50 time share, and could she legally make me take a drug test with no proof and no trouble with the law ever. I am 19 years old.
