Q: Is it ok to use same attorney in a felony domestic violence case in ocelot county...when the husband and wife were both

Wife attacked husband while driving and he used his hand to hold her back to pull off the road..at that time she was injured by saying he held her throat..which didn't happen..he held he back and now she wants to use the same attorney to try both cases..doesn't seem right..is it
