Q: babies mother wont.let me see my daughter i dont pay child support but i get what she needs now she wont answer phone

my boyfriend's babies mother won't let him see her he thinks maybe putting himself on child support might force her to let him see his daughter but at the same time it will cause of lots of financial problems since we have our own child too we are getting a place with a two bedrooms so the kids could share when we bring her over but she still wont let us have cause theres no proof that he is supporting her and now she wont answer the phone ever so he could drop her of money for her so we could have own daughter maintained fed clothed and healthy i dont know what to do i love her as if she was my own i want to help as much as i can i just need to be put on the right path please help

A: First of all he needs to go see an attorney about filing a paternity case to establish his rights, without that he basically has no rights.
