Miami, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: My ex wife is exhibiting harassing behavior whenever the children are with me and my wife.

We have had 50/50 joint custody for the past 15 years and a court arrangement in which we alternate weeks having the children. She has recently started picking the kids up from school during my week with them, without prior arrangement, notice, or my consent.....taking them to her house after school, and then dropping them off at my house whenever she pleases. She has threatened through text messages to call the police if no one is home or if no one answers the door. She has already called the police twice. We live in a decent peaceful neighborhood and her behavior causes a scene. She has started trouble in the past but now she has gone too far and she is negatively influencing the children to do her dirty work. She is also putting our children in extracurricular activities without us making a Joint decision as ordered by the court. I have politely asked her to stop but she blatantly refuses to respect my rights as a parent. What can be done?
