Orlando, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: If the court has ordered me to pay child support and arrearages and I do on time can I be taken back to court by my ex

I have a child support case est. in 2013, with arrearages, however at the hearing my ex and I agreed I would pay x amount of dollars towards the arrearages. So every time I get paid she gets the ordered child support plus the amount towards arrearages in which was agreed upon. Recently I have asked the judge for a parent coordinator, now my ex is texting me saying that she hasn't said or done anything about the arrearages but if I take her to court she is going to take me for every penny to get the arrearages even if it means me going to jail. Can she do that if we agreed in court on the amount I would pay towards the arrearages and I pay that plus my child support on time all the time?
