Q: I have custody of my son he wanted to live with his dad in Florida so I let him now I am having trouble out of his dad

I let my son live with his dad he wanted to no him he never paid child support never seen him but talked to him on phone well I took my.son to Florida this summer and he wanted to stay with his dad well now when I call I get told I can't call he he can't make my son talk to me I have had my son four 12 years I was trying to do what was right four our son now I feel like I did wrong he is trying to take him from me he says he is not.. my son also has gotten in to more trouble and I don't no what to do can u help I live in Tn and my son is in Florida help sacred mom..

A: Where was the divorce? Were you even married? You need to go see an attorney, but from what you have written I cannot tell which state you need to see an attorney in.
