I doubt it violtates the criminal code to train your clients at a commercial gym (24 hour fitness) without the gym knowing. He doesn't need a letter from an attorney. He needs to just sign off on title as part of the refinance. If he doesn't do this you can ask the court to find him in contempt.

Usually, there is no sort of legal "recognition" for a victim of an appellate lawsuit. If you are the victim of the crime that was the subject of that case, by law the publishers will not publish your name because you were a minor when the criminal conduct occurred.

The LLC needs to be represented by an attorney, except in small claims court. The fact there is only one owner is irrelevant. Sorry.
